About Me
Let me introduce myself. My name is Kane, and I am 24 years old. I am a photographer based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, and I have been doing this since 2022. I have always had a keen interest in being behind a camera, but photography wasn’t my first calling.
I studied media and film at Chesterfield College after leaving school and took an interest in everything film and media. While at college, I also ran a YouTube channel alongside my studies, where I used my tools and knowledge to make videos about topics that interested me. It is safe to say those videos have since been removed, as every time I go back, I cringe…
After leaving college, I went into work, and film and media became less frequent in my life. In 2022, I made the brave decision to buy another camera, but instead of filming things I was interested in, I really wanted to start photography. This began with taking pictures of my friends’ cars. It quickly escalated into photographing my partner’s horse, until it turned into taking my camera everywhere with me—and, well, the rest is history.
